A small, one-acre corner site with 6,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, outdoor plazas, and ample parking.
The stormwater detention systems for this project are completely hidden from view. Permeable pavers in the front plaza convey runoff into an underground detention system with the parking lot providing detention for the 100 year storm. A second underground system on the west side of the property provides detention and is covered by green space.
The construction of this project was coordinated with improvements to the nearby substandard intersection to improve pedestrian crossing - satisfying City requirements and minimized construction cost for the Client.
